KF Bellows
KF bellows are vacuum bellows with KF flanges at both ends. Our vacuum bellows are made of ultra-thin-walled stainless steel with excellent flexibility. The processing method of hydroforming endows our KF bellows with excellent scalability. It can be compressed or stretched. KF Bellows are an excellent flexible sealing solution for fore-line vacuum plumbing and process systems. For ease of choice, we provide four lengths if you are not sure of the exact length. The recommended lengths of 500 mm, 1000 mm, 2000 mm, and 3000 mm respectively. Our KF Bellows and fittings are iso-KF compliant and can be perfectly matched with other iso-KF compliant vacuum fittings.

high flexibility
Hydroformed vacuum bellows hose is much more flexible and lighter than the rubber expansion formed corrugated metal hose.
bright surface
Our vacuum bellows use BA (Bright annealed) surface finish stainless steel, which is brighter than ordinary stainless steel.
Automatic welding
Use welding machines imported from Japan for automatic welding. Welds are free of oxidation and are more resistant to corrosion.

construction
KF bellows consist of one vacuum bellows and two KF flanges, which are assembled by automatic welding. To prevent the vacuum bellows from being damaged, in some rough applications the bellows are covered with braided mesh. This assembly, similar to braided metal hose, is called braided vacuum hose.

size & length
KF bellows are commonly used in small-diameter vacuum connections from KF10 to KF50. Its full-size range is KF10, KF16, KF25, KF40, and KF50. KF10 and KF16 bellows of which the flange outside diameter is the same, so they are using KF16 clamp. KF10 bellows with KF16 flanges is a reasonable solution when the customer needs to fit KF16 fittings with a smaller size vacuum tube.

KF fittings
All our KF fittings are machined using precision CNC machines. They not only provide excellent vacuum sealing but also have a bright, attractive appearance.

helium leak testing
We have invested in advanced and expensive helium leak detectors to perform 100% testing on all vacuum bellows. Whether your vacuum bellows are intended for rough vacuum or high and ultra-high vacuum (HUV) applications, our robust testing capabilities ensure that each product meets the highest standards.
At every stage of production, we conduct stringent quality inspections through multiple rigorous testing procedures, ensuring that every vacuum bellow you receive has undergone thorough quality control. These strict testing processes guarantee the reliability and durability of our vacuum bellows.

Installation
KF bellows are easy to install and do not require the use of other tools. All you need is a KF Bellows, a center ring with an o-ring, an extra pair of KF or KF blind flange, and a KF clamp. KF bellows are assembled by placing a central ring with an o-ring between two KF flanges and securing the three of them together through a KF clamp.

braid
cover
A braid cover prevents potential damage to the inside vacuum bellows from external environments while also enhancing the bellows assembly’s pressure-bearing capacity.
