Vibrant Bellows are purposefully crafted to dampen vibrations emanating from the engine and alleviate strain on the exhaust system of vehicles. Their primary function is to prevent premature cracking in manifolds and downpipes, thereby promoting the extended lifespan of various components within the vehicle’s exhaust system and beyond.
Vibrant bellows are completely stainless steel constructed, consisting of one flex bellow and two inner liners. The 1.5mm solid liners hold the flow direction, and the slip joints on both ends facilitate mating and welding. Vibrant bellows are compact in appearance and their overall length is almost half that of the exhaust flexi of the same size, making them the perfect solution for tight spaces. Multi-ply vibration bellows have much lower spring rate than single-ply bellows, making them more suitable for applications with frequent vibrations such as engine operation. Multi-ply vibrant bellows not only have a longer working cycle time, but also effectively prevent leakage and can still continue to work when the inner or outer layer ruptures.
