Technical Description

Inconel is a nickel-based alloy with excellent corrosion resistance to various corrosive media. Inconel bellows have excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance and long service life.

The yield strength of nickel alloy is much higher than that of various stainless steel sheets. The yield strength of Inconel 625 is 420MPa, while the yield strength of stainless steel 304 is 205MPa.

Inconel bellows forming requires more pressure than stainless steel. To reduce the forming pressure, the tube to form bellows will be subjected to solution treatment before forming step to reduce the yield strength of nickel alloy raw materials when producing small bellows. Inconel bellows are widely used in aviation, aerospace, marine equipment, nuclear power, petroleum, chemical and other industries.

Our company has focused on the metal bellows industry for more than 14 years and has in-depth cooperation with many top raw material suppliers. We will provide you with higher quality Inconel bellows and more flexible options.
