CF flange copper gasket is a vacuum seal placed between two CF flanges for ultra-high vacuum applications. All of our gaskets are made of electronic grade OFHC (oxygen-free high thermal conductivity) high-purity copper.

The sealing surface of the CF flange has a unique knife edge design. When the bolt is tightened, the copper gasket, which is only 1/4 the hardness of stainless steel, will fill all the gaps around the knife edge under the extrusion of two identical CF flanges and achieve ultra-high vacuum sealing.
Compared with the soft seals of KF and ISO flanges, copper gaskets are suitable for a wider range of pressure and temperature changes. For systems that require frequent high-temperature bakeouts, silver-plated copper spacers are a better choice. It reduces surface oxidation and prevents system contamination.
The copper gasket is punched from copper plates and has been chemically cleaned and treated to ensure that the surface is free of scratches and burrs.
The size of the Copper gasket is determined by the size of the CF flange. The full size range is CF16, CF25, CF35, CF50, CF63, CF80, CF100, CF150, CF200, CF250.
To meet different application needs, we also provide silver-plated copper gaskets, gold-plated copper gaskets, annealed copper gaskets, annealed nickel gaskets, aluminum gaskets, and also provide elastic fluorocarbon gaskets.
All of our gaskets are individually packaged to protect the seal from damage.
When assembling the CF flange, bolts should be tightened diagonally to ensure a solid vacuum seal. In addition, copper gaskets cannot be reused.
