Edge Welded Bellows

Edge welded bellows is a flexible mechanical seal component. Compared to formed metal bellows, it has a larger stroke length and a more precise spring rate. Edge welded bellows provide the greatest possible stroke length in the smallest of spaces, making them ideal seals for low-pressure precision industries. Edge welded bellows are produced by stamping metal sheets into designed diaphragm shapes and then joining them together by edge welding.
